Keep active with chair exercises!
Many of my older patients often inquire about strategies to staying active. It's a great idea, and is beneficial for maintaining balance, strenghtening your core muscles, heart health (yes, even in more advanced age) and even lifting your mood.
You don't have to try them all at once, and most importantly, all you need is a chair.

I give the following exercise guide to many of my patients, and they love it! I recommend that they read and practice one module every other day, and so far, it has really provided a lot of benefit to them.
Before starting any new exercise regimen, be sure to check with your doctor to make sure that you'll be able to engage in any new activity.
